Energetic, down-to-earth, and passionate about property, Riley brings a fresh perspective to the Tisma & Co team. As John’s son, he’s grown up surrounded by real estate—and now, with several years of hands-on experience as a qualified carpenter, he brings his own skillset to the family business.

From construction insight to land selection, Riley offers clients valuable, practical advice—especially when it comes to seeing the potential in a property. Having bought and sold property himself, he also understands what it feels like to be on the client side of a transaction.

Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help, Riley is proud to work alongside his father and continue the Tisma & Co tradition of building real relationships and helping families find their place to call home.
